Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
